Returns & Exchanges

All returned items must be in the condition they were shipped in.

You may return/exchange garments but you will have to pay for return postage. Your replacement/refund will be issued once the items are received. If the item is out of stock in your size you may get a refund or a different item.

If your items are damaged in transit or have a defect I failed to spot I will send you a replacement if possible, if not you may be given a refund or a substitute item if you prefer. Please take a picture of the damaged package so I can file a claim with USPS.

Custom work cannot be returned.

In the event your custom item arrives damaged it will be remade if possible or you will be given a refund. Please take a picture of the damaged package so I can file a claim with USPS.
